Israel’s security establishment is investigating the FlyDubai hijacker’s possible connections to Iran or a terrorist organization and is pushing for access to the Saudi interrogation, i24NEWS learns.
Israeli officials said it is too early to determine that there was no such connection.

Israel is pushing for access to the Omani co-pilot’s interrogation, but Saudi Arabia is currently refusing.
Whether Israel insists on access depends on the information the Saudis provide from their interrogation, a security source told i24NEWS.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will speak with President Donald Trump tonight to coordinate further cooperation in the investigation.
