An Akwa Ibom-based political group, Tinubu Umo Eno Support Organization, has said it is confident that both President Bola Tinubu and Akwa Ibom Governor Umo Eno will record landslide victories, respectively in the 2027 elections.

The Convener of the Organization, Mr Michael Joseph Okon, made this known to newsmen during a brief interaction, after the event of the official reception organized by the All Progressive Congress, APC, for Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, June 21.
The Akwa Ibom Governor was accompanied by Deputy Governor, Senator Akon Eyakenyi, SSG Prince Enobong Uwah, Commissioners, members of the National and State Assemblies from the State, Local Government Council Chairmen, political leaders, chapters’ leaders from all Local Government Areas, among other dignitaries from the State.
Mr Okon hinged his submission on the series of economic reforms and infrastructural development embarked on by both President Tinubu and Governor Eno, assuring that the 2027 elections would be a stroll in the park for the ruling APC.
The Convener, who led his executives, Local Government co-ordinators and members of Tinubu Umo Eno Support Organization, to the occasion, stressed that the support for the President and Akwa Ibom State Governor, remains unchanged despite criticism from some quarters, emphasising that the Organization is committed to implementing it’s aims and objectives, which are: to support the emergence of humane leadership towards building a greater future for all and re-election of President Tinubu and Governor Umo Eno in 2027.
“We are grateful to our President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his bold and transformative policies that are already reshaping our national economy and Governor Eno for continuously laying the foundation for long-term prosperity in Akwa Ibom State.
“Mr. President’s unwavering support for Akwa Ibom is not taken for granted, and I assure him of our unflinching loyalty and massive support in 2027 and beyond,” the Convener concluded.
