The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has given Max Air the green light to resume operations following an internal review by the airline, which initially led to the suspension of its services.
The approval was communicated through a letter signed by the NCAA Director of Operations, Licensing, and Training Standards on behalf of the Director-General.
The letter, dated March 17, 2025, was addressed to the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Max Air Ltd.
