Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Mr. Shamseldeen Babatunde Ogunjimi as the Acting Accountant-General of the Federation (AGF).
The announcement was made in a statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
According to the statement, Ogunjimi’s appointment takes effect immediately, following the pre-retirement leave of the incumbent AGF, Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Sakirat Madein.
