The Akwa Ibom Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, in just ten months in office has effectively cleared N453.5 million in salary arrears for workers in 9 Local Government Areas, the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. Frank Archibong has disclosed.
