Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem has told Nigerians to expect the same outcome against Ghana when they take on Mali in Tuesday’s International friendly tie, DailyPost reports.
Recall that the Super Eagles defeated the Black Stars of Ghana 2-1 at the Grand Stade de Marrakech, Morocco, on Friday, March 22, 2024.
Cyriel Dessers and Ademola Lookman scored the goals for Nigeria, while Jordan Ayew netted for Ghana.
When asked what Nigerians should expect against Mali, Awaziem told Victor Modo after Nigeria defeated Ghana, “The same outcome against Ghana.
“We are coming back stronger and will try to correct our mistakes that we did in this game so we can get a stronger and better team.”
