Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen has given Remo Stars N10 million for winning the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title.
Osimhen doled out N5 million to the players and another N5 million to the technical staff.
The Galatasaray striker also complimented and commended the team for their perseverance.
Daily Sun reports that Remo Stars won their first NPFL title on Sunday with a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Niger Tornadoes in Ikenne.
Olamilekan Adedayo scored the historic goal in the 84th minute of the match.
The Sky Blue Stars created history by being the first privately owned team to win the league since Julius Berger in 2000.
