Akwa Ibom Governor, Pastor Umo Eno has congratulated the wife of the Secretary to State Government, Dr (Mrs.) Inemesit Uwah on the occasion of the conferment of Doctor of Philosophy ( PhD) degree in Management by the University of Calabar, at its Convocation, taking place, today, Saturday, March 23, 2024.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by the Governor, and released by his Chief Press Secretary , Mr Ekerete Udoh, Governor Eno said:
