An Akwa Ibom-born beauty queen, Blessing Dooga, has emerged among the top three finalists in the ongoing online voting segment of the Face of Hope Beauty Pageant 2026, ahead of its grand finale scheduled to hold in Lagos.
The third edition of the annual pageant will culminate on April 19, 2026, at the prestigious Eko Hotel, where contestants will compete for the crown in an event designed to celebrate beauty, intelligence, diversity, and innovation.
Dooga, who is representing Akwa Ibom State, secured her place in the final stage after amassing significant votes across multiple online platforms. Her performance has drawn attention from pageant stakeholders and supporters, many of whom consider her a strong contender for the crown.
Beyond her pageantry credentials, Dooga is the founder of The Iveren Charity Foundation, through which she has championed humanitarian causes.
She previously won the Face of Democracy Nigeria Queen title in 2021, a platform that enabled her to execute projects focused on promoting the welfare of women and amplifying their voices.
Observers note that her prior experience and track record in advocacy place her at a competitive advantage as the contest approaches its final stage.
The grand finale is expected to attract international guests and will also serve as a platform to select Nigeria’s representative for the Miss International pageant.
Organisers have announced that the eventual winner of the Face of Hope Beauty Pageant will receive a prize package that includes a GLE 350 car, a cash reward of N10 million, and other incentives.
With anticipation building ahead of the event, supporters of the Akwa Ibom contestant remain optimistic about her chances of clinching the coveted title.
