The Akwa Ibom, Pastor Umo Eno, has formally submitted his nomination form at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday May 5, 2026.
The governor was represented by a delegation led by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, the Akwa Ibom State APC Chairman, Obong Stephen Ntukekpo, the APC State Secretary, Envoy Nsentip Akpabio
Others in the delegation were the member representing Ikot Ekpene / Essien Udim / Obot Akara Federal Constituency, Dr.Patrick Umoh. Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Frank Archibong, ALGON Chairman, Dr. Uwemedimo Udo, and APC chieftain, Sir Monday Ebong Uko, among others.
