The United States, US, Defence Department, Pentagon, has awarded Boeing an $8.6 billion contract for the Israeli F 15 program, according to Reuters.
The deal includes the production and delivery of 25 F 15IA fighter jets for the Israeli Air Force, with an option for 25 more, under US foreign military sales.
Work will be carried out in St Louis and is expected to be completed by the end of 2035.
