TAT National Leader, Ngutswen, Congratulates Edo State Coordinator, Thompson Osagie, On Election Victory

The National Coordinator Of Team Akpabio For Tinubu, TAT, Hon. Felix Ngutswen, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Edo State Coordinator of TAT, Hon. Thompson Osagie, on his resounding victory in the recent Edo local government by-election in Orhionmwon local government area and emergence as Chairman, Orhionmwon Local Council.

In a press statement issued on Sunday, September 28, 2025, by his SSA, Media and Publicity, Mr Idorenyin Umoren, Hon. Ngutswen described Hon. Osagie’s victory and emergence as a testament to his popularity, competence, and the trust the people have in his ability to deliver quality representation especially with his track record of stewardship in Edo State.

“This victory is well-deserved and a clear reflection of the people’s confidence in Hon. Thompson Osagie’s leadership. His track record of service and commitment to the welfare of the constituents is what resonated with the electorate.”

The National Coordinator further urged Hon. Osagie to see his victory and emergence as the local government chairman as a call to higher service and to redouble his efforts in addressing the pressing needs of not just his ward but the whole of Orhionmwon Local Government, emphasizing the importance of good governance, transparency, and accountability, even as he encouraged the newly elected representative to prioritize infrastructure development, job creation, and youth empowerment.

He further commended the electorate for their peaceful conduct during the by-election and for exercising their democratic right to choose their representative and called on all stakeholders to support Hon. Osagie as well as other councillors in their new role, stressing that unity and collaboration are essential for progress and development.
