The evangelism started at Akpan Andem Market, in Udo Umana Street, Uyo on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 3pm and climaxed at Aka Etinan Road mini market also in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

The initiative, organized under the banner of the Prayer and Evangelistic Squad, emphasizes the central belief that “all souls are precious before our Lord, Master, and Savior Jesus Christ.”

A number of traders, Keke riders and POS operators testified to God’s glory and faithfulness.

According to the ministry, the Akwa Ibom mission in partnership with The Evangelist newspaper is part of a broader nationwide movement aimed at bringing people to the knowledge of Christ. “Our mission to Akwa Ibom is to the glory and praise of the Lord Jesus Christ,” the Center stated, reaffirming its commitment to grassroots evangelism.

Dr. Fayemiwo explained that the outreach’s focus is to meet people where they are, in the streets, markets, and bus stops with the message of salvation. The movement’s growing footprint across Nigeria has continued to inspire testimonies of transformation and renewed faith
