The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akwa Ibom State has extended its warmest congratulations to Ms. Usoro Akpabio on her inauguration as the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the South South Development Commission (SSDC).
In a statement signed by the State Chairman of the APC, Obong Stephen Leo Ntukekpo, the party described Ms. Akpabio’s appointment as a landmark achievement, not only for herself but also for the people of Akwa Ibom State and the entire South South region.

Ntukekpo also extended appreciation to the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio, and the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, for facilitating the honor. “Their collaborative efforts are pivotal in positioning Akwa Ibom State at the center of national relevance,” he noted.
The APC chairman concluded by congratulating Ms. Akpabio once more and wishing her God’s guidance and wisdom as she embarks on this historic assignment.
