Nigerian music legend, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has been appointed as the Technical Adviser on Entertainment and Community Outreach by Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia.
The announcement was made during 2Baba’s courtesy visit to the governor’s office, where Governor Alia praised the singer’s longstanding support for the state and commitment to social causes.
Governor Alia expressed confidence that 2Baba’s new role would strengthen the administration’s drive to boost the entertainment industry and deepen community engagement across Benue.
“In addition to the good work you’ve been doing, we believe you can do even more. On behalf of the government and the people of Benue State, we are pleased to appoint you as Technical Adviser to the Governor on Entertainment and Community Outreach,” Governor Alia stated.
