Gunmen Abduct Four In Anambra Community, Victims Suffer Gun Injuries

Gunmen on Friday night, abducted four persons at the border between Nsugbe and Nkwele in Oyi local government area of Anambra State, Saturday Vanguard reports.

The incident happened around 9.pm, according to a video circulating online.

Sources have given the names of the abducted victims as Mr Dona Ayakalor, alongside three of his friends.

In the video, the victims were seen crying in pain as the abductors shot them on their legs with blood splattering on the ground, in what is seen as the hideout where they were taken to

One of the victims was also seen making calls, begging a supposed relative to arrange money for their possible release.

The spokesperson of Anambra State Police Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, has not responded to the incident as his mobile phone was switched off on attempt to reach him.
