A hospitality service provider, D-31 Residency, located in Ewet Housing Estate in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State has commenced a high-tech tracking system to ensure that all residents are legitimate and law-abiding, ThePUNCH reports.
Addressing a press conference before the grand opening on Monday, the Managing Director of D-31 Residency, Mrs. Nkoyo Umanah, hinted that the facility is not for everyone, but a sanctuary for individuals who value privacy, comfort, and security at the highest level.
She said, “Today, we are not just unveiling a serviced apartment; we are introducing a new benchmark for premium living in Uyo.
“At D-31 Residency, we uphold the highest standards of integrity. This facility is designed exclusively for law-abiding residents who seek an elite living experience.
“We do not accommodate those looking for a place to hide or engage in unlawful activities. Our advanced security and monitoring systems ensure that only legitimate, responsible occupants reside here. We proffer a high-tech tracking system to ensure that all residents are legitimate and law-abiding.”
Performing the official opening ceremony, the Managing Director of Hensek Integrated Services, Engr. Uwem Stephen Okoko described the D-31 Residency as a game-changer in Uyo’s hospitality landscape.
Okolo said, “This is a significant addition to Akwa Ibom’s growing investment portfolio. The level of security and exclusivity here makes it a model for future developments.”
Commending the investor and management team of the apartment, Engr Okoko added that Governor Umo Eno actively encourages such investments that boost the state’s economy and elevate its hospitality standards.
Also commending the initiative, Dr Henry Archibong, a former federal lawmaker and commissioner nominee, applauded the project for its potential to create jobs and stimulate business growth in the state.
