After weeks of anxiety and expectations, the governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno finally sent the much awaited list of nominees for Commissioners and Special Adviser to the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly.
Those who made the list included Uko Essien Udom, Paul Basey, Nsikan Nkan, Bob Emem, Iniobong Ekong, Ikoedem Ekong, Anthony Luke, Offiong Offor, Iniobong Robson, Henry Archibong, Nsikak Ekong, Ini Ememobong, Eno Ibanga, Frank Archibong, Emmanuel John, Inibehe Silas, Ubong Essien, Aniekan Umanah, Frank Ekpenyong, Ubo Uduot.
Others include Ubong Inyang, Koko Essien, Emem Ibanga, Anietie Udofia, Kufre Udosen, Ekanem Ekerete and Alice Ekpenyong.
The Speaker referred the letter to the House Committee on Judiciary, Justice and Public Petition to screen the nominees and report back to the House in one week .
