Police Rescue ex-AIG Hakeem Odumosu’s Wife, Kill Abductors

UYO: Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force have rescued the wife of the former Assistant Inspector General, Hakeem Odumosu.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, confirmed this on his official X handle, today, Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Adejobi added that the abductors of the former AIG’s wife were killed, and ransom was recovered from the culprits.

Adejobi said the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, commended the police operatives and the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Lanre Ogunlowo, for a good job.

SituationReport reports that Mrs Odumosu was abducted last Thursday at the entrance of her residence in the Arepo area of Ogun State.
