Pro-Tinubu supporters gathered on Audu Bako Way and Farm Centre Road in Kano, advocating for more time for the current administration to address the nation’s challenges.

The demonstrators also convened at the Nassarawa mini palace to discuss possible solutions to these issues.

Abdullahi Muhammad Saleh, one of the pro-government protesters, expressed their appreciation for President Bola Tinubu’s efforts, particularly highlighting the establishment of the North West Development Commission.

Saleh emphasized the importance of dialogue over protest, urging for unity and peaceful solutions.

“We are out to appreciate the President for the development we are able to count in this administration so far,” Saleh stated. “We appreciate him for the North West Development Commission, which we are sure will bring about positive change to our region. The best way to protest is through dialogue. Everybody is feeling this pain, but protest is not the way out. Let’s preach peace first and unite ourselves to solve our problems. We can dialogue, not confront the government.”

Saleh also warned against allowing unpatriotic individuals to hijack the movement, underscoring their support for the government and its initiatives while rejecting violent protests. (DailyTrust)
