Akwa Ibom Governor Pastor Umo Eno, has celebrated his Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Offiong Offor and husband, Dr. Samuel Offor, on the occasion of their joint birthday celebrations.
The Governor, who felicitated the couple through a release by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, stated that, “this joint celebration, is a manifestation of the Biblical injunction that “What God hath joined together, let no man put asunder.”
“You have been a conscienctious and dependable part of our administration, interpreting our vision in one of the key areas of our ARISE Agenda: Agricultural Revolution.
“You have brought your skills as an academic to public service, adding commendable value to our administration.
“As you mark your joint birthday with your dear husband today, I pray for good health and more blessings to both of you.”
