Earlier today, Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno and wife, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Eno played host to the first lady of Nigeria and National Chairman of Renewed Hope Initiative, Senator Oluremi Tinubu CON who was represented by the wife of the Vice President, and National Vice Chairman of RHI, Hajia Nana Shettima, at the Governor’s office, Uyo.
The first lady was in Akwa Ibom for the launch of the Renewed Hope Initiative Women Agriculture Support Programme for the South South geo – political zone of Nigeria which took place at the Government House Banquet Hall, Uyo.
In company of the first lady were; wife of the Senate President, Mrs Ekaette Unoama Akpabio, Wife of the Speaker of the House of Representatives , Hajia Fatima Tajudeen Abbas, wife of Bayelsa State Governor and Zonal Chairman of RHI in South South, Dr. Mrs. Gloria Diri; and wives of the other Governors of the South South Nigeria including; Edo, Cross River, Delta, Rivers and the host State, Akwa Ibom.
Also in the team were other eminent women within and outside the State.
