Renowned Nigerian actor, Zack Orji, has reportedly slipped into critical condition at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the National Hospital in Abuja.
According to reports, his friends said he was rushed to the hospital on Friday after he slumped in a toilet.
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Joe Igbokwe, in a post on his Facebook page on Sunday, called for prayers for the ailing actor.
He said : “PLEASE PRAY FOR JACK (sic) ORJI
” Nollywood Actor Zack Orji in critical condition in the ICU of the National Hospital in Abuja.
According to reports Orji can’t walk or talk, and all kinds of test is being run on him to ascertain what is wrong.
“He was rushed to the hospital two days ago after he slupmed (sic) in the toilet after being quite weak for a few weeks.”
Many of his colleagues have taken to Instagram to pray for the 63-year-old.
Shan George wrote: “Prayers up sir.”
Uche Ogbodo wrote: “God please heal him. Amen.”
Sophia Williams wrote: “Oh my God. God please heal him.”
“God mercies in Jesus name, ” Woli Arole added.

Zack Orji is married to actress Ngozi Orji.
They have three children together.
