Akwa Ibom First Lady, Patience, Refutes Reports Against Senate President, Akpabio

Akwa Ibom Governor’s wife, Pastor Patience Umo Eno has described as gibberish, a story purportedly attributed to her on a section of the social media platforms against Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio.

Patience Eno, in a statement by her Press Secretary, Uduak Ekong emphasized that the story is false and represents the handiwork of political jobbers and agents of disunity, who are shocked by the level of collaboration, her husband Pastor Umo Eno, and by extension, herself, have forged with both President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio.

According to the statement, it is out of character for Pastor Patience Umo Eno to speak in the manner that has been falsely reported, as she has deep respect for former Governors of the State and will work with and respect all wives of previous Governors and political office holders across party lines.

The First Lady challenged the writer of the false and malicious report to produce audio evidence where she was quoted to have made the statement during the meeting, she had with Female Stakeholders on Friday at the Banquet Hall of Government House, Uyo as falsely reported.

She advised the agents of blackmail to look elsewhere, because she will continue to support her husband’s efforts of uniting the people of Akwa Ibom to ARISE and usher in the Golden Era of our progress and growth.
